Our menu features recipes from across the broad spectrum of Peruvian cuisine. It centers on dishes honed by cooks from every corner of Peru. Among them: Lomo Saltado, tender morsels of beef wok-fried in soy sauce and served with rice and crisp French fries; Causa, a cake of yellow potatoes with layers of corned and shredded chicken. Cebiche – fish marinated in lime and garnished with sweet potatoes, roasted corn and red onions.
We also bring you a sampling of dishes from the Novoandino school of cooking increasingly popular in Lima and other parts of Peru. They include a salad of quinoa – a grain eaten across the Andes – tossed with chick peas and a light Tahini dressing. Our dessert menu includes a quinoa chocolate cake, an all organic recipe made with bittersweet chocolate and quinoa and sweetened with honey.
Our wine list is composed of varietals from Spain, Chile and Argentina. We offer a good selection of wines by the glass that pair with the dishes.
